Our four, lovingly appointed holiday apartments offer a high living quality in a remarkably comfortable atmosphere. The floors, made of local, red sandstone and the furniture of solid wood from our own forests endow the rooms with natural warmth and coziness.
Our holiday apartments bear the names of our best breeding animals.
At the check-in to one of our holiday apartments each guest receives a “Rittencard”. As all services included in the “Rittencard” are free for children under 6 years of age, they are an exception.
The “Rittencard” is valid for one week after the first devaluation for use. If you stay longer with us, we certainly provide you with another “Rittencard” for free.
With the “Rittencard” you can use all public transportation in South Tyrol for free, visit all of the about 80 museums in the South Tyrolean region and enjoy numerous other benefits.

Your dog is a welcome guest! We charge €uro 5./day for your pet's stay.

In addition to the normal costs a local tax of €uro 1,40 will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments in South Tyrol (starting from the age of 14).

For stays under 5 nights we charge a € 40,- fee for the final cleaning of the apartment.

You can cancel up to 3 months before your set arrival date. If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set arrival date we will charge you 3 days of your holiday. If you cancel within the 4 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 70% of the booking will be charged. We recommend our ’Red Rooster’ cancellation protection policy as an extra service.
